the Phoenix Bell Ringers and Voces Pulchrae
The Phoenix Bell Ringers
The Phoenix Bell Ringers have likely performed at Chadkirk than anyone else. It’s always a welcome sound within the chapel and a lovely ensemble to listen to.
Voces Pulchrae
Voces Pulchrae is a chamber choir specialising in early music. A small group of experienced singers, Voces Pulchrae aims to bring something a bit different to the local choral scene by exploring traditional and sacred choral works from the 12th to the 17th centuries.
Voces Pulchrae’s concerts also feature members of the choir in small ensembles or solo performances, as well as a guest lutenist, viol concert and recorder consort.
The chapel will be open for people to visit. Hot and cold drinks, cakes and snacks will be available.
The kiosk inside the chapel will be selling refreshments such as hot and cold drinks, cakes and biscuits (cash only). Why not pop down for a break, a chat and to explore this lovely, listed building, the walled garden and perhaps take a walk around the Chadkirk Trail? All funds raised are used for the benefit of Chadkirk, the chapel, the walled garden and the country estate.
If you’re new to the chapel, and driving to reach us, the car park is on Vale Road, just on the left as you turn off the main road. The chapel can then be reached on foot via the road and path.
