There are several local street parties to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee – but if you want something a little more low key, then Chadkirk Chapel in Romiley will be open on Friday 3 June from 12:00 noon until 4:00pm. As ever, we’ll be selling cakes and drinks (cash only) but we’d invite you to bring your own picnic, spread out a tablecloth, sit down and celebrate outside for a few hours in a more relaxed way. No barbecues.
