Mother's Day at Chadkirk Chapel

Chadkirk Chapel’s will be open to the public on Sunday 30 March. Of course, this is Mother's Day, so we'll be handing out daffodils to the qualifying ladies (and likely to others too!) and selling Prosecco along with our usual drinks and cakes.

The excellent 60% Angels will provide musical entertainment – a marvellous group made up of top-notch local talent. The music is melodic blues-influenced – but is not limited to that. Expect soulful ballads, country rock, boogie-woogie piano, and a bit of soul; the Rolling Stones, Bonnie Raitt, Marcia Ball, Delbert McClinton, and Lucinda Williams. The 60% Angels are: Mandy Montgomery on lead vocals and harmonica, Paul Minshull on piano and backing vocals, and Andy Burns on bass and backing vocals.

Entry is free. Refreshments are cash only. Open from noon until four.
