Join us for carols by candlelight, as the wonderful female choir, The Decibelles, return to Chadkirk for what promises to be a wonderful evening.
We’re delighted to welcome The Decibelles Choir, an outstanding ladies’ choir with members from all across Stockport. The Decibelles Choir will be performing a programme of both traditional and contemporary songs. The Decibelles Choir has performed several times at Manchester Cathedral. The ticket price includes a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie. All of the proceeds will go to the Friends of Chadkirk and local charities. The chapel is a unique setting for this kind of event so don’t miss out on what is sure to be a really memorable concert. Doors open 6:30 pm for 7: 00pm start.
The Decibelles last performed at Chadkirk in 2021, and we’re really pleased to see them return.
All tickets for this event have now gone.
ON THE DAY, PLEASE HELP US TO MANAGE THE EVENT
For those of you who are arriving by car, the car park for the chapel is on the left, just as you turn into Vale Road from Otterspool Road.
Please be aware that Vale Road provides access to residents’ houses both on Vale Road near the car park and further up, past the chapel, at Burymewick. Vale Road is single track for some of its distance so please show patience and respect to those who need to access their houses or park outside them.
After parking, you will need to walk to the chapel on foot. From the car park, walk down Vale Road until it becomes a single track – and then take the footpath at the side of the field until you reach either the chapel or the well.
