It’s today…

Down at Chadkirk today there will be a small celebration.

Just before 1pm:

Join us on the lane by St Chad’s Well for a small ceremony to Bless the Well. Be one of the first to view this year’s Well Dressing. Our theme: The Oak. Resilience and strength.

Wander to the Chapel anytime between 12 and 3 to see the stalls and enjoy refreshments.

There’ll be refreshments: tea and cakes, soft drinks. There’ll be a few stalls to wander round, see some local crafts and buy plants at the plant stall. Cards and paintings by Agnes Barlow for sale. A tombola for those who like to play.

Weather forecast: 16-18 Celsius and only 10-20% chance of showers. See you there?
